职位描述：

Create purchase orders and manage material deliveries, work as interface between internal functional departments and external suppliers, better control the inventory and saving the cash flow.
·        Check and process open purchasing requisitions.
·        Create purchase orders and adjust lot size if needed, submit for approval, and release to suppliers.
·        Follow up suppliers and update the delivery date.
·        Base on the production plan, monitor delivery status and take actions to pull in and push out.
·        Audit supplier invoices and manage supplier payments.
·        Better control inventory, review & disposal slow moving and dead stock.
·        Monitor supplier OTD and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to optimizing delivery performance.
·        Follows the quality report and arrange the defective parts return, rework and tracking credit memo.
·        Coordinate with internal functions and suppliers in relation to technology, quality, delivery, payment, etc.
·        Keep in compliance to legal requirements and company policy.
Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：
·        College’s degree or above
·        Proficient in oral and writing English
·        Better inventory control skills
·        Experience of working with SAP
·        Good data analysis ability
Good IT skills, familiar with MS Office
