Job duties:

TA Part:
Uploading new roles on the AECOM Candidate Management System and posting new job adverts to our online channels.Coordinating interviews with our candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner and ensuring a seamless/efficient process and site support.General Candidate Management System maintenance including collecting and uploading candidate profiles, application forms and other required documents.Support TA on specific case sourcing and provide mapping if needed for pipeline purpose. Assist in tracking recruitment invoices and offers.Other Ad-hoc TA duties.

SD Part:
New employees introduction to team on each Monday morningMaintain and update P-file/E-file and HR database per request from local HRGive support on Employee relationship such as contract renewal & staff movement per request from local HRSupport on HR projects/ events such as LSA/RW/EPE etc.Other HR daily administration if needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor or master’s degree 4-5 days per week with at least 3 months internship periodGood Communication skills and with basic English abilityProactive communicator and willing to learn in HR professional Possess passion for HR work
